📦 Standard Delivery
Ideal for most small to medium-sized plants and accessories.
🔹 How It Works
- Delivered via XDP, specialists in larger/bulkier parcels
- You’ll receive tracking and ETA on the morning of delivery
🚛 Delivery Details
- Delivery days: Tuesday to Friday
- Arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch, Scotland can occasionally take 3 days
- Dropped at your doorstep, no signature required
🚛 Pallet Delivery
Used for large or heavy items such as mature hedging plants and planters.
🔹 How It Works
- Delivered on a next working day pallet service
- Delivery window: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Pallet is delivered to the front of the property
- Plants/planters are secured and protected on a wooden pallet
🔔 Important Requirements
- Please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery
- Access must support a 7.5-tonne or larger vehicle (e.g., supermarket van)
- If access is restricted or a timed delivery is required, please contact us
❌ If You’re Not Home
- The driver may leave the pallet in a safe place
- Re-delivery or redirection charges may apply if delivery fails

🌿 Important Note for Deliveries
Some of our larger bamboo plants may exceed the internal height of the delivery vehicle. In these cases, the canes and branches may need to be carefully bent over and tied down during transport.
Although we take care when loading and securing plants, occasional damage to individual canes, stems, leaves or side branches can occur during handling or delivery. This is normal with large, living bamboo plants and does not usually affect the health or long-term condition of the plant.
If a cane or branch is snapped, split or damaged, it can simply be trimmed back cleanly. Bamboo is a vigorous plant and will naturally continue to produce new growth in the growing season.
Please also note that nursery pots are used for growing and transporting the bamboo. They are not considered part of the purchased plant. Minor damage to pots during handling or delivery is therefore not considered damage to the bamboo itself..

- Return goods within 14 days in their original condition
- You are responsible for the return cost and ensuring the items arrive safely
- We recommend using a tracked and insured courier
